In this uniquely disorienting time, many of us are trapped in our heads spinning our wheels: we are anxious, depressed, and full of dread and confusion. In an effort to escape uncomfortable feelings, it’s easy to numb out and focus our attention from the neck up. By grounding ourselves in our physical realities and here-and-now experience, we can find our center, cultivate greater comfort with our full selves, and expand our choices for how to be in the world.

 

Let's collaborate to explore the tools and tactics that work for your individual needs. These might include talking, writing, art-making, body-focused engagement and movement, and learning about human physiology and simple lifestyle interventions. My areas of specialization include anxiety, life transitions, existential despair, body-related dysphoria and disconnection, and couples communication, however I am open and curious to explore whatever issues are present for you. Sessions are currently remote, conducted via Zoom, a HIPAA-compliant platform. Please reach out using the form below!   

Individual therapy: $175/50 minute session

Couples therapy: $250/50 minute session
